Are you wanting to keep fit in the new year, but also want to keep your contact bubble small due to COVID concerns? Why not BYOB?…build your own bubble! Find a group of 3-4 friends or family members, OR let us know that you want to join a group of other individuals (maximum 4 people) and we will build a training bubble for you!

Our BYOB (Build Your Own Bubble) small group training challenge will help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. If you are looking to improve technique, work through a plateau, or simply have others to keep you motivated and hold you accountable, then find your crew and train with us! 

Train bi-weekly with your pod for 6 focussed weeks, and see what’s possible when you focus in on your training!

BYOB Challenge Includes:

  • 12 One-on-One, 60 Minute Small Group Training Sessions
  • 6 Weeks Unlimited Group Classes (Virtual + In-Person)
  • 1 Intro Fitness Assessment
  • 1 Outro Fitness Assessment
  • Accountability and Support throughout

Cost: $450 +HST (Savings of $400)

How the Challenge Works:

Earn Points to compete for 1 of 3 prizes:

  • Earn 2 points for each completed Small Group training session
  • Earn 2 points for every class you attend
  • Earn 5 points for each assessment attended

Prizes: 1st Prize: Nike and Lululemon Gift Cards, 2nd Prize: 1 Month of training & Cornerstone Sweatshirt, 3rd Prize: Community shop gift cards
