Our small group training classes range in size from 3-6 people. In our small groups, we try to group folks together that have the same training experience. We take a technique-first approach, where we believe better form will yield better results. Small group training is an excellent alternative to personal training. Making each session considerably less expensive then 1:1 training, but still taking advantage of personalized programming and more one on one attention.

In our beginner level one small group training, we are focussed on building a foundation to lift. We will start by improving your overall fitness level, core strength and stability. From there we will dive into understanding the building blocks of movement: Hinge, Squat, Push and Pull. Exercises will be tailored to your level and modifications will be suggested to work with any injuries and imbalances.

Level 2 small groups are for folks who have been weightlifting regularly for 1 or more years. In a level two group, we try to match you with folks who have similar goals. The coach will program the training blocks specifically for these goals. With a limit of 3-6 participants, the coach is able to provide individualized feedback and queuing to each participant.
