Are you ready to make a commitment to your health and fitness goals? The personal training challenge will support you, as it is tailored to your personal goals. For six weeks with your personal trainer, zone in and see what’s possible.
Train 2X/week with a personal trainer and enjoy unlimited access to small group classes. Your trainer will suggest group classes for you to attend, based on the goals you set in your assessment and together you will build a personalized weekly schedule! Work on a focused and personalized program, refine your lifts, improve your cardiovascular capacity, build lean muscle mass, or simply build a habit out of going to the gym (we will help make it seem simple!), and make some serious gains!
