Our Spring into Summer [reset / restart] Group Training Challenge is focussed on getting mean and lean before summer. Train with us live over Zoom in an unlimited number of group classes. Our class schedule is designed to provide you with all the essentials in a fitness program. Cover your bases from strength conditioning to metabolic/cardiovascular work and everything in between. Personalize your fitness programming, by building a class schedule that addresses YOUR goals. It is OUR goal to provide you with the exercise programming, accountability and support you need to transform into a leaner, meaner, more energized version of yourself. After all…we’re all just out here trying to live our BEST lives.
In addition to our live ZOOM classes we encourage you to join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays, through the Train Heroic App (free download) for our Park Challenge workouts. The Train Heroic app is available for free download on Apple and Android devices. In Train Heroic you can keep track of your progress, cheer on your fellow Cornerstone teammates, and see where you stand on our team leaderboard. This app is a very exciting new tool we will be incorporating into the challenge to keep everyone connected and motivated to be their best. *Further details on the many exciting functions of logging your workouts and tracking progress with other Cornerstone community members will be provided in the welcome e-mail.

PRIZE: 1 month Unlimited Training for you and a Friend OR 2 Personal or Tandem Training Sessions (these can be reserved for outdoor or indoor in person, when restrictions lift).
