This class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and your own body weight to complete 100s of exercises. Suspension Training resistance exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It is also a great chance to change it up and expose your system to a new modality!
