This 30 minute class will jack your heart rate up! It is also designed to improve muscular strength and endurance as well as core stability. The kettlebell is utilized during dynamic full body movements, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems in one action-packed workout.
Level 2 is suitable for fitness clients with at least 6-12 months experience weight training at the Cornerstone. Participants of these classes should be coordinated enough to understand complex movements, to get through multiple sets and have a high level of cardio.
