A weak core often leads to a weak body. Core strength does not only include your abdominals (‘abs’), but the muscles that wrap around your sides and lower back as well. BLAST YOUR CORE in these 30-minute classes to increase muscle definition and build the strength and endurance you need to work harder and longer in all of your training.
