Give your cardio a boost with this quick and effective workout! Utilizing slightly longer intervals than a HIIT or Body Blast class, this class is designed to mimic steady state cardio without the monotony of running on the treadmill for half an hour. Thirty minutes is all you need as this class is designed to challenge you throughout, improving stamina and increasing your VO2 max (the body’s ability to transport and burn oxygen). During your week training cycle this class is best paired with our Strength & Conditioning sessions to optimize results and change your body composition.
This class will ease participants who are trying to improve their cardiovascular capacity into cardio exercises that increase the heart rate at a moderate speed.
