Acro, (short for Acrobatics, Conditioning, Rolling Over) focuses on full-body conditioning, flexibility, balance, and strength training through a combination of dance and acrobatics, all in a fun and safe environment. Our Acro class will help to develop skills such as rolls, splits, hand-balancing, elbow stands, cartwheels, backbends, walkovers, and jumps. Advanced students also have the opportunity to explore flips & tumbling.
