After School and Pick Up Program 2025/2026 SEASON

To make our programming even more convenient and accessible to our neighbourhood’s families, The Cornerstone partners with The Wright Spot, who offers After School programming to students enrolled in our dance programming. 

The Wright Spot picks up from:

  • Bowmore Road Junior Public School
  • Roden Public School
  • Equinox Holistic Alternative School

Two options for after school:
Walking Pick up from local school

  • Pick Up from School
  • Care until class starts at 4:15pm
  • Drop off at the Cornerstone Studio for 4:15pm
  • Parents pick up student after class, from the Cornerstone Studio
  • Cost: $13/pick up (Paid directly to The Wright Spot)

Pick Up & Care

  • Pick Up from School
  • Students enrolled in a 4:15pm class will be dropped off at the Cornerstone for class by the Wright Spot. After class a Wright Spot staff person will pick up the student and bring them back to the Wright Spot, where they will have care until 6pm.
  • Students enrolled in a 5:00 or 5:15pm class will participate in after care at the Wright Spot directly after school. A Wright Spot staff person will then drop off the student for their 5pm or 5:15pm class at the Cornerstone. Parents will then need to pick up their child from the Cornerstone Studio directly after their class ends at 5:45 or 6pm.
  • Cost $25/day (Paid directly to The Wright Spot)

Availability in the Wright Spot After School Pick Up Program is limited, and will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. * You do not have to be registered at the Wright Spot to add this to your registration at the Cornerstone.

To add this service to your Childs dance class registration, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Select and register your child for a 4:15pm, 5pm or 5:15pm class. 
  2. Indicate on your registration form or by emailing the cornerstone studio directly and let us know that you would like add after school care or pick up. 
  3. We will connect you directly with the Wright Spot, who will manage your Childs after school program care, class drop off and payments independently.
