During the first month of our reopening plan, all outdoor classes will be Functional Training a combination of strength conditioning, power and endurance, improving your athletic ability and performance!
All participants must fill out an electronic contact tracing survey prior to all outdoor programs.

Join us for full body Strength and Conditioning in Moncur Park (Coxwell & Gerrard). This workout will consist of Lower Body, Upper Body, Core and Conditioning. The instructor will provide (sanitized) Kettle Bells and Bands for all registered participants. Open to Students with a Outdoor Park Training Class Card.
Give your cardio and core a boost with this quick and effective workout! 20 minutes of cardio, designed to mimic steady state cardio without the monotony of running on the treadmill for half an hour then flip to 20 minutes of core, achieve muscle definition and build the strength you need to work harder and longer in all of your training.
