Classes

Outdoor training is back, and we are pumped. 

Starting Monday June 14th, join us in Moncur Park for Strength Conditioning or Athletic Conditioning.  As per the province of Ontarios, phase 1 outdoor fitness class regulations, class sizes are limited to 10 participants. To manage capacity, pre-registration  is required through our Mind Body site.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a band (if you have one) with you and make sure you fill out the contact tracing form prior to joining us. Please also note that there are no public washrooms in Moncur Park.

Strength Conditioning

Ages: Adult

Description
This class will focus on building both absolute and relative strength. As relative strength (relative to your body weight) increases, everyday tasks become easier. Strength training is an extremely effective method for lowering body fat and increasing muscle definition. By placing stress on muscle strength training boosts your metabolism and keeps you burning calories all day long. In your weekly schedule stack this class with our Functional Cardio classes to optimize results and watch your body composition change!

Athletic Conditioning

Ages: Adult

Description
This high-energy class gets you sweating for an amazing full body workout! Utilizing dynamic movements, this class is designed to recruit major muscle groups while bumping your heart rate up. This class will leave you energized and exhausted all at once and is certainly up there on the ‘calorie burning’ scale!

Description
Give your cardio and core a boost with this quick and effective workout! 20 minutes of cardio, designed to mimic steady state cardio without the monotony of running on the treadmill for half an hour then flip to 20 minutes of core, achieve muscle definition and build the strength you need to work harder and longer in all of your training.
