  • Upgrade your fitness assessment to 45min, to include a nutrition assessment.
  • Receive a personalized MACRO calculation, based on your goals.
  • Access to our recipe book that includes macro breakdowns.
  • Be held accountable through our shared food Log.
  • Weekly check ins, through text.

We encourage you to use our challenges to kick off, a journey of living a healthy lifestyle, fuelling your body for success and enjoying the food you eat.  We believe in an 80-85/15-20% food approach. 80-85% wholesome clean foods and 15-20% foods that you eat less often but enjoy. No food is not bad for you, everything in moderation. Let’s create a healthy relationship with food.

Earn Bonus Points

  • Earn 1 point for each completed daily food log, submitted at the end of each day.
  • Earn 1 point for completing your nutrition assessment.
  • Earn 5 points at the end of each week, if you managed to eat within 10-15grams of your MACROS.
