Spring into Summer with our 28 Day [reset / restart] Challenge

Are you feeling the lockdown blues? Let’s shift the focus to what we can do right now. How can we make the most of this time? For 28 days, challenge yourself to commit to this 5 workouts a week, small group training program (with the option to add more). Be present and let’s see what’s possible when we just give ourselves permission to make the most of it.
Our Spring into Summer [reset / restart] Challenge is focussed on getting mean and lean before summer. Train with us live over Zoom on Monday and Friday in Athletic Conditioning (Strength and Cardio Focus) and on Wednesdays for Core/HIIT. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, login with us through the Train Heroic App (free download) for our Park Challenge workouts. The Train Heroic app is available for free download on Apple and Android devices. In Train Heroic you can keep track of your progress, cheer on your fellow Cornerstone teammates, and see where you stand on our team leaderboard. This app is a very exciting new tool we will be incorporating into the challenge to keep everyone connected and motivated to be their best. *Further details on the many exciting functions of logging your workouts and tracking progress with other Cornerstone community members will be provided in the welcome e-mail.
Putting all motivational speak aside, this challenge is a healthy opportunity to work towards getting more energized, strong and lean for summer. Take control of your fitness routine, with the support needed to stick with it.
