Putting all cliche’s aside, a fitness challenge is a healthy opportunity to mentally reset your goals, and restart Β with a clear focus.Β 

Introducing the [reset / restart] 28 day challenge: a chance for you to take control of your fitness routine, with the support needed to stick with it.Β 

The best part? We’ve taken out the guesswork. You’ll be a part of a closed group of challenge participants, where your class schedule is laid out for you. Train together in select small group classes, and keep each other accountable and motivated! With a limit of 8 participants, our trainers will learn your individual needs, help you perfect your form, and build on information week to week.

Challenge Breakdown:

  • Choose a 3 day or 5 day Training option.
  • 2 One-On-OneΒ Fitness Assessments
  • Attend your pre-scheduled Live over Zoom, small group classes with your trainer, made specifically for your group, 3 or 5 days a week for 28 days!
  • Be held accountable.
