The best part? We’ve taken out the guesswork. You’ll be a part of a closed group of challenge participants, where your class schedule is laid out for you. Train together in select small group classes, and keep each other accountable and motivated! With a limit of 8 participants, our trainers will learn your individual needs, help you perfect your form, and build on information week to week.
