Are you ready to say goodbye to 2019 and shift into 2020 with a renewed commitment to your health? Shift your focus inwards, maybe on getting after some of your lingering fitness goals?! This challenge is the perfect step between personal training and group classes-offered at a discounted price.
For six weeks enjoy unlimited access to small group classes PLUS tune up and tune in with 3 personal training sessions. You can complete one at the beginning of the challenge, middle and end, to check in and see how you are doing. In your first training session, your trainer will suggest classes for you to attend, based on the goals you set in your assessment and together you will build a personalized weekly schedule!
You decide what you want to work on in your sessions. If you are new to fitness or just getting back to fitness, reviewing proper form for your squat, lunge, deadlift, bench and back row, based on your body would benefit you greatly. On the other hand if you are a seasoned lifter, figuring out your 1 -3 rep max would help you to work with the appropriate weight in classes, to maximize your strength building. These are just a few examples of what is possible, but you can direct what you need and want from these sessions!
