Are you ready to say goodbye to 2019 and shift into 2020 with a renewed commitment to your health? Shift your focus inwards, maybe on getting after some of your lingering fitness goals?! The personal training challenge will support you, it is tailored to your personal goals and for six weeks with your personal trainer you can zone in and see what’s possible.
Train 2X/week with a personal trainer and enjoy unlimited access to small group classes. Your trainer will suggest group classes for you to attend, based on the goals you set in your assessment and together you will build a personalized weekly schedule! Work on a focused and personalized program, refine your lifts, improve your cardiovascular capacity, build lean muscle mass, or simply (not so simple) build a habit out of going to the gym, and make some serious gains!
Cost: $750 +hst (savings of $575)
