Are you ready to say goodbye to 2019 and shift into 2020 with a renewed commitment to your health? Shift your focus inwards, maybe on getting after some of your lingering fitness goals?! This challenge is the perfect step between personal training and group classes-offered at a discounted price.

For six weeks train 2X/week in a small group of up to 6 students maximum, with a personal trainer and enjoy unlimited access to small group classes. Your trainer will suggest classes for you to attend, based on the goals you set in your assessment and together you will build a personalized weekly schedule!

In your small group classes, you will work on a set program for 6 weeks, you will see an improvement in your strength and endurance. Repetition is key to building a strong and lean body.

This challenge is available to only 6 participants per group.

Challenge breakdown: Small Group Training: 12 Sessions // Classes: unlimited // Initial Fitness Assessment and Final Fitness Assessment // Duration: 6 weeks

Small Group Training Schedule Group 1: Mondays 10:30-11:30am and Wednesday 10:30-11:30am, with Trainer DEANNE VINCENT

Small Group Training Schedule Group 2: Mondays 6:30-7:30am and Wednesday 6:30-7:30am, with Trainer DEANNE VINCENT

Small Group Training LEVEL 2/3: 

  • Times for this challenge are TBD and will be determined between the participants and the trainer.
  • To register for this challenge, you must have at least 2 years strength and conditions experience, as well as be able to perform the following lifts: Back Squat, Barbell Lunge, Deadlift, Bench Press and Barbell Back Row.
