Six weeks of focused work! Train 2X/week in a small group of 4 students with a personal trainer and enjoy unlimited access to small group classes. Your trainer will suggest small group classes for you to attend, based on the goals you set in your assessment and together you will build a personalized weekly schedule! One of the benefits of small group training is repetition, you will work on a focused lower body and upper body day every week and we will be able to fine tune and refine your lifts which will result in tons of progress!
This challenge is available to only 4 participants per group.
Challenge breakdown: Small Group Training: 12 Sessions // Classes: unlimited // Initial Fitness Assessment and Final Fitness Assessment // Duration: 6 weeks
