It’s always easier to make a change when you’re held accountable to other people. By becoming part of our 2019 Fall Back Into Fitness 6 week training Challenge, you’ll take part in unlimited small group classes offered throughout the week. Our instructors take the time to learn your name, past injuries, and current concerns to make sure each workout meets your needs. Don’t forget our program includes accountability, a fitness assessment at the start and end of the challenge with our personal trainer to help you measure the progress you’ve made. And what’s a challenge without a little motivation? During the 6 Weeks you’ll earn and collect points. Earn 1 point for every class you attend and Earn 3 points for every % you increase your lean body mass.
